I'm about 5"3 and 3/4 (Although I like to tell people I'm 5"4). These shoes make about 5"8, I think. Pretty self-explanitory why these shoes are "a dream come true," I'd say. Not to mention they're THE most comfortable heels/wedges/any shoe that gives me even an inch of extra height I've ever worn.
