I got a chance to sneak a peek at the Hermès exhibit at the Design Exchange, before it ended this afternoon.
It was probably one of the best Sundays I've had in a while.
It was incredible to see the craftsmanship that went into each watch, bag, glove, plate, and (baby-sized) garment. Everything passes through multiple artisans (it takes 5-6 people to make a single pair of leather gloves), and it was really interesting to see how much work goes into making these designer pieces.
